Currency/FX behaviour shared across every proposal tool. API keys and tool templates now live on their own pages - see the sidebar.
Writes on this page are Super Admin only. Enforced server-side since
1 Sep 2026 (QUOTING-TOOL-SPEC.md stage 1) - a signed-in Sales-role user can't reach this
page at all (see /admin/users/),
and every save here checks a real Entra ID session, not just an admin-email string.
Live FX rate provider
Where every tool's currency selector gets live USD/ZAR/EUR/GBP rates from (server-side, via /api/fx-rates). Falls back to a fixed set of rates if this URL is unreachable - not a secret, just a swap point if the provider ever needs to change.

Must return the same shape as open.er-api.com: { result: "success", rates: { ZAR, EUR, GBP, ... } }.
Currency format
How many decimal places every tool's headline money figures use (server-side, via /api/fx-rates - one setting, all tools). Applies to the on-screen pricing and the generated proposal totals across MXDR, M365 Managed and the unified quoting tool. Per-unit rates and the formal Commercial Schedule always keep 2 decimals.

Testing: delete any stage
Normally only Draft proposals can be deleted (enforced server-side, not just a disabled button) - once a proposal's been sent, deleting it would erase a real customer-facing record and its tracking/audit history. Turn this on while testing to delete proposals of any stage, and remember to turn it back off before going into full production.

Users & access
Who can sign in used to be a plain email allowlist here. As of 1 Sep 2026 it's a real Users directory with roles (Super Admin / Sales), invite emails, and server-side enforcement - see /admin/users/, QUOTING-TOOL-SPEC.md stage 1. This card is gone; manage access there instead.
