BUI's internal cost price per hour, by offering and delivery team, in every trading currency. Every server-side pricing function that has an hours-of-labour component reads one row from here instead of guessing its own number.

what BUI pays its own teams - never shown to a customer. A product's own pricing
function (
functions/api/price/*.js) reads a specific row by its
id (shown greyed-out below) - if you rename an Offering/Team here without
updating the product that reads it, nothing breaks, but the id column is there so you
can see exactly which row a product is pointed at.
