Add-ons sold at fixed rates - Uplift (% or fixed amount) now applies to the core service band only. Incident management, consulting, dark web monitoring, penetration testing, tabletop, and DFIR retainer are all sold at their fixed published rates regardless of uplift setting.

Fixed-price cap toggle - New toggle in Options and Add-ons on both tiers. Switches to a flat annual rate based on fixed cost figures. Standard cap includes incident management. Premium cap includes all add-ons. User count is ignored when active. Add-ons bundled into the cap are greyed out.
Strategic discount cap raised to 50% - Maximum strategic discount increased from 30% to 50% on both percentage and amount inputs.
Contract term and payment type dropdowns restyled - Full-width styled selects with dark panel background and chevron icon, replacing the inline fi-num select style.
PDF cap mode fixes - Core line item label, service table inclusions, warranty activation, and modal summary all updated to reflect fixed-price cap correctly.
Code cleanup - Removed dead openSellerSummary function and unused CSS rules. Em dashes removed from tier info bar and PDF tier labels.

SSO sign-in - Microsoft Entra ID authentication via MSAL.js. BUI work account required to access the calculator. Signed-in user shown in toolbar with sign-out option.
Multi-year contract terms - Contract term selector (1/2/3 years) added per tier, with annual escalation and payment type (annual upfront or monthly billing). Escalation field appears for multi-year terms and is gated by an approval modal below 5%.
Multi-year pricing table - Proposal PDF shows per-year columns with escalated figures, setup as a Year 1 once-off, and a total contract value. Monthly payment row appears only on monthly billing.
Discount on recurring only - Strategic discount now applies to the recurring subscription, never the once-off setup fee.
Setup fee waiver approval - Waiving the setup fee now requires the same approval confirmation as a strategic discount.
Auto end date - Proposal end date is calculated from the commencement date and contract term. Initial period derived from term.

Margin uplift overhauled - 13 Jun 2026 · % slider now lifts all line items proportionally (core, IM, consulting, dark web, pentest, tabletop, DFIR). Previously applied to core only.
Fixed uplift field - 13 Jun 2026 · New field below the % slider. Enter a monthly amount in the selected display currency, spread proportionally across all active line items by weight.
Mutual exclusivity - 13 Jun 2026 · Using the % slider clears the fixed uplift field and vice versa. Cannot use both simultaneously.
Effective margin label - 13 Jun 2026 · Label now shows true GP% dynamically when fixed uplift is in use, not just 30 + slider%.
Fixed uplift respects display currency - 13 Jun 2026 · Amount entered in whichever currency is selected on the currency bar. Converted to ZAR internally before spreading.
Proposal add-on pricing bug fixed - 13 Jun 2026 · Pentest, tabletop, and DFIR line items in the proposal PDF now show uplifted sell prices when margin uplift is active. Previously showed base rates regardless of uplift.
