While BUI endeavours to ensure that tools and data on the Platform are accurate and up to date, no guarantee is made regarding the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any information displayed.
2. Aggregated & Third-Party Data
Tools that aggregate data from third-party sources (including threat intelligence feeds, ransomware trackers, Microsoft release notes, and news publications) display content as provided by those sources. BUI does not independently verify this data and accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or outdated information originating from third parties.
3. AI Classification Limitations

Threat intelligence, dark web monitoring data, and ransomware intelligence are sourced from publicly available feeds and third-party APIs. This data may be unverified, incomplete, or time-delayed. It should not be used as the sole basis for security decisions or incident response without further investigation.
6. Service Availability
The Platform and its tools are provided on a best-efforts basis. BUI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by hosting, network, or third-party API failures.
